It's been a year since I last felt so low I had to hurt myself.  I recovered with no counselling (apart from one extremely patient friend) but here i am 14 months on and tonight I have 5 cuts on my arm.  i dont even know why I feel so down.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
i so hope you get better and past this because the relief and happiness I felt inbetween was amazing.  Now i just want to feel that again.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
